1.When can I get the quotation ?
A: We will quote it within 10 hours.
2. What kind of files do you accept for printing?
A: PDF,Al,Core Draw,high resolution JPG.
3. What about the lead time for mass production?
A: Mass production time is 30days after samples are confirmed and 30%deposit
are paid.
4.Can I do customized design (change color material. size structure and logo )?
A: Yes we both support OEM and ODM design.We can do custom logo on the products
by embroidery and printing .
5.Terms of
transportation?
By sea or air shipment, normal forwarder and nominated forwarder are both okay.
By express, DHL、UPS、TNT
& OCS all are most used.
6. What payment methods
do you accept?
We accept Paypal for trade assurance order, T/T, L/C, If choose in T/T, usually
is 30% deposit and pay 70% deposit before shipment.
